Haiti - Elections : They will not support a candidate 08/03/2011 11:10:12
Jean Henry Céant, ensures that the candidates are together and support all actions aiming to demand the cancellation of the first round. Yves Cristalin stated that his party retains its original position "to know the pure and simple cancellation of the electoral shame of November 28" and that he not support any candidate involved. Charles Henry Baker, for whom the two candidates in the second round, "are candidates nominated by the international community" considers this election as "unacceptable" and will not support the three candidates for the duputation, within his party. Jacques Edouard Alexis for his part, believes that "the cancellation of the elections of November 28 is the only viable option" while admitting that some personalities of his party can take a position for one or other of the candidates.
