Haiti - Elections : 3 billposters found dead (UPDATE 09-03-2011)

Two men, billposters, Emmanuel Frantz Louis, 30 years, and Stevenson Jeune, 23 years, of the candidate Mirlande Manigat were found dead. A third man known only under the name of Marco can not be located.
