Following the intervention of the Coordination of the Grand'Anse of the Lottery of the Haitian State (LEH) at the end of August and the seizure of machinery and equipment of several tenants of Borlette in the city of Jérémie, the representative of the National Association of Tenanciers Borlette (ANTB) sued last week, the Lottery of the Haitian State (LEH) to the Prosecutor of Jérémie.

Justice has decided in favor of the State confirming that the National Lottery is the only regulatory body of the Games throughout the country. Despite this sentence, a member of the ANTB tried to bribe the Lottery representative in Jérémie by offering him money.

The LEH reserves the right to publish images of seized materials and to eventually publicize the name of that ANTB representative who continues to violate laws that affect the operation of the Lottery.
