Coq and Me Staley Gaston, have acknowledged receipt of your October 19, October 4, 2010 invitation at 4:25 pm of your invitation dated October 19 by which you ask him to go to the prosecutor's office of this jurisdiction on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 11:00 am in the context of "an open and ongoing investigation at the level of the Procuratorate of Port-au-Prince." We are surprised by the total absence of delay of notice between the date of the summons and the date of the hearing requested.
