This week in the presence of members of the Procurement Unit (UPM) of the Ministry of National Education and representatives of firms specializing in construction and civil engineering, was completed the analysis of the files and the selection by the National Commission for Public Procurement (CNMP), of qualified companies among the 125 initial bidders, having met the eligibility criteria of a national call for tender for the construction of public schools. In a next step, the successful firms will sign a contract with the Ministry of National Education for this work divided into 18 lots.

It should be recalled that this public call for tenders concerned the construction of 30 national schools and 2 high schools that the Ministry intends to build as part of the new fiscal year 2018-209. These school infrastructures are distributed in 9 departments : West, Grand'Anse, Nippes, South, South-East, North, North-East, North-West and Artibonite
