A week after the second round, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) informs that the reported irregularities during the electoral campaign and the voting day will not affect the final results. The CEP says to be based on the analysis of the National Network of Human rights (RNDDH).

Meanwhile the activity at the Vote Tabulation Centre (CTV) progressing at a snail's pace, while between March 24 and 25 only 14 minutes (PV) have been treated, between March 25 and 26 56 PV have been treated (classified as completed). Recall that the CTV must submit to the CEP the results no later than this Thursday 31 and that it remains 16,321 PV in progress of treatment.

For the second round of presidential and legislative elections in Haiti, the progress in the process at the Vote Tabulation Centre (CTV) on March 26, 2011 at 3:53pm was the following:

Minutes processed (tabulation completed) : 3,854 (34.47%)

Minutes in progress of treatment : 7,211 (64.49%)

Minutes to receive : 117 (1.05%)

Senator:

Total number of minutes : 5,134

Minutes processed (tabulation completed) : 1,252 (24.39%)

Minutes in progress of treatment : 3,798 (73.98%)

Minutes to receive : 84 (1.64%)

Deputy:

Total number of minutes : 9,619

Minutes processed (tabulation completed) : 4,178 (43.43%)

Minutes in progress of treatment : 5,312 (55.22%)

Minutes to receive : 129 (1.34%)

TOTAL of the Tabulation completed : 9,284 minutes (35.80%)

TOTAL of the Tabulation in treatment : 16,321 minutes (62.93%)

TOTAL of the minutes to receive : 330 (1.27%)
