In addition, 50 non-commissioned officers and 15 professionals will travel to Mexico for military training.

In his speech, Minister Joseph insisted on the values ​​of the military institution "Being a soldier in Haiti is symbolizing the pride of our ancestors [...]" and the role of the Haitian military whose mission includes to intervene in case of disaster and major natural hazards while respecting human rights.
