As part of the Cuba-Haiti bilateral cooperation and in view of the construction of several hydroelectric dams and dikes, a Haitian delegation composed of experts from different sectors involved in water management, notably from the National Directorate Drinking Water and Sanitation (DINEPA), the National Center for Geospatial Information and the National Laboratory of Building and Public Works carried out a working mission with the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources (INRH) of Havana to Cuba.
