"A responsible government must eliminate the subsidy for petroleum products. This subsidy only benefits the rich : 20% of the richest consume 93% of the Gazoline and Diesel. But before, the Government must reduce its spending to give a substantial subsidy targeted poorer communities," said Economist Eddy Labossière.
