Mayor Colin and Municipal Council thank the members of the Committee who were in charge of organizing this 3rd edition for their dynamism, their dedication and their know-how. Thanking also the members of the press, artistic and cultural actors, Noailles artisans, musical groups, bands and disc jockeys (DJ's), service providers, schools and public service institutions including : the Haitian National Police, the Haitian Red Cross, the Directorate of Civil Protection; the volunteer agents, the Scouts of Haiti, the technical partners, the sponsors and all other personalities and institutions who were committed to the success of this great cultural and popular event in the Commune.
