The Director of the CFI elected President of CAIPA The Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) announces that Tessa Jacques Antoine, Director General of CFI, has been elected President of the Association of Caribbean Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA). The association was created in 2007 to facilitate the collaboration of regional investment promotion agencies, build the capacity of its members, and promote the region as an ideal site for foreign direct investment, now has 23 member states.
