Petit-Goâve : Anger at the merchants of the communal market

On Wednesday, the merchants of the Petit-Goâve Communal Market went to the Town Hall to pay their taxes in accordance with the law where they were expecting a bad surprise. Tax officials refused to receive payments on the grounds that the amount was insufficient, as prices were visibly increased without notifying the parties concerned. Change in Dominican diplomacy in Haiti
