Extracts from the letter of the 4 senators to Cantave : "Mr Carl Murat Cantave, President of the Senate of the Republic [...] The group of 4 Senators of the opposition salutes you patriotically and profits by this public note to present you the essential conditions which can guarantee a serene recovery of the session of ratification of general policy of the Prime Minister named Mister Jean Michel Lapin put in continuation. [...] 1) Presentation in the Senate of a full ministerial cabinet and without multiple positions as required by the law of November 8, 2006 repealing the 2005 decree.
