President of the Senate of the Republic

The group of 4 Senators of the opposition salutes you patriotically and profits by this public note to present you the essential conditions which can guarantee a serene recovery of the session of ratification of general policy of the Prime Minister named Mister Jean Michel Lapin put in continuation.

1) Presentation in the Senate of a full ministerial cabinet and without multiple positions as required by the law of November 8, 2006 repealing the 2005 decree. 3) Making available to the 4-member group of all ministers' files for a thorough examination;

4) The urgent convening of a Conference of Extraordinary Presidents to rule on the bellicose behavior of Senator Joseph Lambert against our colleague Ricard Pierre at the meeting of May 14, 2019 while he was protesting the violation of the Constitution and the laws of the Republic.
