Towards a New Orleans / Cap Haitian Partnership
A delegation from Haiti including Mayors Yvrose Pierre and Esaïe Lefranc, 350th President of the Cap-Haïtien Commission, Marc Georges, is in New Orleans for a week. The members of the delegation will visit a set of infrastructures in the city and participate in workshops that will lead to a partnership agreement between New Orleans and Cap-Haitien before 2020.
