"Ti Papi" Gang Leader arrested

Wednesday gang leader Jean Paul Bénissoit aka "Ti Papi" who operated in the Nan Raquette neighbourhood, in the commune of Croix-des-Bouquets was arrested. "Ti papi" has several crimes to his credit including the recent murder of a police officer, according to Maxime Augustin, the Commissioner of the Government of Croix-des-Bouquets, who said that this individual had been apprehended to the prosecutor in possession of a 9 mm pistol.
