Following the publication by the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC/CA) May 31 last https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-27879-haiti-petrocaribe-flash-csc-ca-implicates-jovenel-moise-in-a-case-of-embezzlement.html of the final audit report (volume II) on the use of PetroCaribe funds, Judge Ramoncite Accimé charged with investigation of this case, convened for hearing, 7 political personalities former ministers and former Prime ministers, whose names are quoted in this report and issued warrants of appearance to this effect.
