Arcahaie : national road blocked

On Monday, employees of the IDRC Receiving and Delivering Center (IDRC) in Arcahaie blocked the national road to claim several months of salary arrears. Users of this route from the North and / or Artibonite were forced to make their way on foot or on motorbikes, to banana fields and other plantations to try to return to Port- au-Prince.
