In the event of postponement of the October 2019 election, in January 2020 the Government will have to recognize the obsolescence of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate's inability to fulfill its role correctly with 19 senators in a Parliament that has become dysfunctional. Leaving then the Government to rule by decrees.

Inauguration of a soil test laboratory
