Letter from Senator Delva : "Port-au-Prince, August 01, 2019 Senator Carl Murat Cantave President of the Senate of the Republic In his offices. Honorable President, This is a secret for anyone in recent days insecurity and the issue of armed gangs occupy center stage in Haiti. The last haul of the National Police of Haiti that led to the capture of the gang leader Arnel Joseph, is unfortunately used by 'craftsmen of the politicaillerie' to try at all costs to get involved mein the criminal activities of the latter.
