The first two Phases will be carried out between 2019 and 2022, will include the rehabilitation and equipment of two of the 4 existing wells in the Balan area; the construction of the network to strengthen the distribution capacity of downtown Cap-Haïtien, Petite-Anse and Haut du Cap sections; the drilling of two new wells in the Balan area and the drilling of two new wells in Quartier Morin.

The third phase (2022-2028) will include the construction of a new storage tank at Babiole which will be added to the capacity of Bel Air and Madeline (2,250 m3 in total), which has become insufficient to meet the needs of the region. the population and the construction of a new line of repression from Balan to Babiole (South Cap-Haitien).
