Although the request for a special indictment session of the Head of State by 21 deputies of the opposition dates from 19 June 2019 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-27966-haiti-flash-21-deputies-demand-the-indictment-for-high-treason-of-president-moise.html , it seems according to a document of which we obtained copy that this indictment bearing the signature of the deputies Joseph Manès LOUIS (Lavalas), Roger MILLIEN (Lavalas), Bertrand SINAL (Lavalas) and Jean-Robert Bossé (OPL), was sent to the Speaker of the Lower House on February 20, 2019.

The authors of this indictment, as appearing in the heading of this document, are the deputies : Joseph Manès LOUIS (Lavalas), Roger MILLIEN (Lavalas), Vikerson GARNIER (Lavalas), Bertrand SINAL (Lavalas), Bélizaire PRIMTEMPS (Lavalas), Ketel Jean-Philippe (OPL), Abel DESCOLLINES (LAVNI Lavalas trend), Reynald EXANTUS (OPL), Jean Marcel LUMERANT (KID), Déus DERONNETH (BRIDGE, Pierre Féquière JULIEN (CANAAN ), Romual SMITH (PALMIS) and Frank LAUTURE (OPL).

Note that we can not say that this is indeed the text that will be read tomorrow in Special Assembly (if the session is not once again put in continuation) or if it will be a modified act, the opposition remains very discreet on this document and its content. It is therefore a question of taking with caution and reservations of use the text of this indictment.
