Tuesday, August 27, a large delegation led by Charles Jean Jacques, the National Authorizing Officer of the European Development Fund (EDF), the engineer Fritz Caillot, the Minister of Public Works resignation of the executive of the Office of the Authorizing Officer, and members of the Delegation of the European Union to Haiti, went to the site of the work of the section of the road Mirebalais-Lascahobas-Belladère, in order to carry out the provisional reception of this road infrastructure.

It should be remembered that the construction of this 20.8 km stretch of road was financed by the European Union via the 10th European Development Fund, for a total of 10 million euros.

With a guarantee of approximately 20 years of use, this important road infrastructure will contribute greatly to the development of the economic and commercial activities of the Central Plateau.
