Haiti - Diplomacy : New Ambassador of Taiwan in Haiti 29/08/2019 10:21:01 Bernard LIU Bang-zyh, who has already diplomatically represented Taiwan in Haiti (2010 to 2014), renewed Taiwan's commitment to continue to support Haiti in its efforts to improve the living conditions of its people and is committed to strengthen cooperation and friendship between the two countries. For his part, President Moïse assured him of the will of the Republic of Haiti to work to strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries. After the delivery of his credentials, in homage to the Fathers of the Fatherland, Bernard LIU Bang-zyh presented a floral offering to the Museum of Haitian National Pantheon (MUPANAH) in memory of the Heroes of the Independence of Haiti. Welcomed by Emmelie Prophète Milcé, Director General of the MUPANAH, he conducted a guided tour of the Museum's exhibition halls. At the end of his visit through the rich history of Haiti the Diplomat signed the Golden Book of MUPANAH.
