On this very difficult occasion, the central state must not delegate its own burdens to NGOs. Of course, NGOs can always support [...] but the state is the main concerned. [...] Given the magnitude of the situation should declare the state of emergency on the town of Petit Goave. There should also be a synergy of actions of 3 Ministries : Social Affairs, Public Works and Women's Conditions to help the families affected in Petit-Goâve [...] As for the militants of Petit-Goâve, [...] you are united and cooperative.
