Haiti - Politic : Fednel Monchéry, DG of the Ministry of the Interior resigns

In a letter addressed to President Jovenel Moïse, dated Tuesday, September 24, 2019, Fednel Monchéry, Director General of the Ministry of the Interior resigned from office.
Excerpt from Monchéry's letter of resignation :
"[...] I present to you my most patriotic and respectful greetings and my good disposition to continue to lead at the best, at your side, in this difficult conjuncture, the fight for the rescue of the national boat.
Also, Excellency, Mr. President, this situation makes me to submit to you today my resignation from my post of Director General of the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities [...]"
In addition, persistent rumors circulating that Joseph Pierre-Richard Duplan, the Departmental Delegate of the West should be replaced soon...
