Evans Paul (former Prime Minister);

Josué Pierre-Louis (General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources);

Emilie Jessy Less, (former Minister of Tourism;

Rénald Lubérice (current Secretary General of the Council of Ministers);

Sainphor Liné Balthazar (President of the ruling Tet Kale party);

Jude Charles Faustin (Presidential Advisor);

Jean Rodolphe Joazile (former President of Parliament and former Minister of Defense).

The note states "the President of the Republic is determined to make every effort to ensure that the Nation will resume the path of stability, social economic and political progress."
