Haiti - Politic : Dominica restores VISA obligation for Haitians

Allan Chastanet, President of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) said that the technical team assembled for a fact-finding mission to Haiti had been postponed due to the deteriorating situation.

Although the restrictions apply to holders of ordinary passports, it does not apply to Haitians holding a diplomatic or official passport, or to those with a Schengen, American, British or Canadian visa.
