Monday, Jean Roudy Aly, the acting Minister of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), proceeded to the installation of Wilfrid Trenard https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-29045-haiti-politic-president-moise-appoints-3-new-dgs.html as Director General of the Ministry. Minister Aly urged the new Director to make every effort to enable the MPCE to play its full role and achieve the expected results, stressing that the Ministry needs to review its strategic plan, reinvigorate External Cooperation and the technical functions of the Ministry. Institution and assured the new holder, full cooperation.

In his intervention after the thanks of usage, Wilfrid Trenard praised the dynamism, the commitment and the availability of the outgoing Director Thimoléon and promised to make the principles of administration, the basis of his direction as part of the administrative reform in the public administration before launching a call for unity and the collaboration of all employees and senior staff of the Ministry.
