Haiti - Politic : President Moïse appoints 3 new DGs
The Citizen Wilfrid Trenard is appointed Director General of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE) and replaces Stevenson Jacques Thimoléon in office since April 2017;
The Citizen Léon Jean-Marie Guillaume is appointed Director General of the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) replacing Jean David Rodney in office since April 2017;
The Citizen Wilson Fièvre is appointed Director General of the Haitian Institute of Statistics and Informatics (IHSI), replacing Danilia M. Altidor, who has been in office since February 2011.
It should be noted that the denunciation of Senator Youri Latortue, President of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission in early October https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28908-haiti-politic-the-appointments-continue-latortue-describe-them-as-illegal.html as the acting Prime Minister resigned Jean Michel Lapin did not have authority to make appointments, has no reason to be since these appointments are all made not President Moïse and not by the PM.
