Haiti - Politic : The Ministry of Youth continues to support young entrepreneurs
Saturday, November 9, Edwing Charles, the Minister of Youth met in the annex of the Ministry on the road of Frères, young entrepreneurs trained under the program "Jenibiznis" of the Youth Directorate of the Ministry and those who participated in training conducted by the Ministry in collaboration with CARICOM under the Creativity for Employment and Business Opportunity program (CEBO) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28977-haiti-politic-edwing-charles-focuses-on-youth-entrepreneurship.html

Minister Charles, his Director General, Mario Florvil and the youth leadership have assured the young people of the willingness of the Ministry to work with them and continue to support them in their entrepreneurial life.

Ministry officials have informed young entrepreneurs of plans to organize a fair for them on December 1st. They also explored with them leads that could lead to lending opportunities to develop their businesses "In a socio-economic context such as ours, entrepreneurs who combine work, discipline and determination are more likely to succeed and solve the problem of chronic unemployment in the country," said Minister Charles

Although the current socio-political situation in Haiti is considerably slowing down the process of subsidizing business plans, Minister Charles and his team are stepping up efforts to continue to promote the socio-economic integration of young people, convinced that this is the best way safer to reduce frustrations and improve the living conditions of the population.
