On Saturday, Edwing Charles, the Minister of Youth and Sports announced to the general public and athletes in particular that from Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the Champs de Mars, in the Square Hugo Chavez and in several cities of the country was launched the program of Sport-health.

For the good realization of this program, the Ministry mobilized dozens of technicians of the Directorate of Physical Activities and Sports, to accompany the young, the not so young and the old age wishing to indulge physical and sports activities under the supervision of competent professionals.

According to Minister Charles, the "Sport-Healt" program aims to prevent cardiovascular diseases, blood pressure risks, obesity and stress, recalling that this is just the beginning, as these activities will reach the maximum number of people in the ten geographical departments of the country.

To this end, Charles invites the inhabitants of the adjacent areas to the public squares mentioned above to take advantage of the mentoring of his technicians every weekend in the morning for a better physical and mental fitness.
