Satisfied with the progress of the works Moïse said "I visited the Varreux power plant in order to supervise the work in progress. At the same time, I invite the public to be patient in our unremitting struggle to soon realize the promise of electric power distribution across the country."

Let's note that Monday the transfer of fuel oil to the Varreux plant had resumed and the electricity production operations were proceeding normally. 3 of the 4 groups worked and produced 20 Megawatt.
