Let's remember that following the loss of 41 class days out of the 189 scheduled in the initial school calendar https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28379-haiti-flash-school-calendar-2019-2020-all-dates.html due to the socio-political crisis and insecurity, the Ministry of National Education had rearranged the 2019-2020 school calendar and developed a program with minimum skills in order to validate the school year.

In accordance with the instructions of the Minister of National Education Pierre Josué Agénor Cadet and the Director General, Meniol Jeune, and with reference to the Priority Action Plan for the continuation of school activities following the crisis, the technical teaching directorates have prepared Programs with minimum skills for the basic and secondary levels in order to ensure good management of the 147 class days provided for in the redesigned school calendar https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-29483-haiti-flash-school-calendar-revised-official.html for the academic year 2019-2020.

Thus, the Directorate of Fundamental Education has published the digital version of these programs for the 3 cycles covering the 9 years of the fundamental (in 9 files, one file for each year) in order to allow better accessibility to all educational agents. This work takes into account the essential concepts to be covered by teachers in order to allow students to master the key skills enabling them to move to the next class.

Note that school departments not affected by the socio-political crisis are not affected and can follow their programs normally.
