Seismic activity on the rise

The Ministry of the Interior notes a more intense seismic activity in recent days in the Caribbean region citing the recent earthquakes which affected in particular Porto-rico, and affected Cuba and Jamaica https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-29702-icihaiti-security-more-than-300-earthquakes-recorded-in-the-country-in-2019.html . Petit-Goâve : Strike at Notre-Dame Hospital

Employees of Notre Dame Hospital in Petit-Goâve decided to strike to demand payment of several months of salary arrears and better working conditions.
