In the first period, Melchie Daëlle Dumornay alias "Coventina", Captain of the national team, opened the scoring to the 22’ in favor of Haiti. [1-0]. Dayana Louis Pierre scored the second goal for Haiti at 32' [2-0] followed a few minutes later in 36' with a goal by Abaina Louis [3-0]. Dayana Louis Pierre scored twice in the first period at 40’ [4-0] followed 1 minute later by a goal from Mirlene Dorce 41’ [5-0] at half time. Returning from the locker room in the second period, from the outset at 46' Abaina Louis scored his double in this match [6-0] and it was at 55' Rose-ayla Marcellus who replaced Mirlene Dorce who scored a goal extra (his first on the national team) [7-0]. Score unchanged after regular time. A match that allowed our Grenadières to qualify for the 8th finals.
