Following the promises made by President Moïse in his address to the Nation on March 27, to grant to approximately 1.5 million families among the most vulnerable a subsidy of 3,000 Gourdes https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-30405-haiti-covid-19-moise-promises-food-to-1-million-families-and-cash-to-15-million-others.html the Government began its program and the first payments on Thursday 30 April. According to a note, the Mon Cash services of the Digicel Company confirms that 22,888 families have already received this amount on their phone.
