Well-known opposition activist Joseph Ganard aka "Ti Gana" was shot dead on Saturday in Cité Soleil after participating in a political meeting by unidentified unknowns. Covid-19 : Guito Edouard DG of DINEPA tested positive Guito Edouard, Director General of the National Directorate for Drinking Water and Sanitation (DINEPA), confirmed that he had tested positive for Coronavirus Covid-19 "According to the Epidemiologist Center, my test for Covid- 19 is Positive. The Government has been informed [...] I am in good shape and in confinement. Other members of the office are in quarantine, I will work remotely."
