Following the condition of the majority bloc to the Parliament, [the Parliamentary Group of the Renewal (GPR)], to ratify the Prime Minister-designate, Daniel Gérard Rouzier, in exchange of the replacement of the version of the amended Constitution, which contained numerous errors by the authentic version as passed by Parliament in National Assembly, the President Martelly has made a first step in the right direction, by canceling Thursday by presidential order the version of the amendment of the Constitution containing errors, behind the constitutional crisis that prevents the formation of the new Government.

This presidential order, issued Friday in a special issue of the official newspaper "Le Moniteur", specifies "Is and remains reported the constitutional right of 9 May 2011 published in the Official Gazette "Le Moniteur" n°58 of May 13, 2011 not to be compatible with the authentic text adopted by Parliament in the National Assembly..."

By this order, the President Martelly, by the recognition of non-compliance of the constitutional amendments published, seems indeed, cancel the version "falsified" of the amended Constitution and pave the way to the forthcoming publication of the authentic text... although this order does not make any explicit mention.
