Haiti - Culture : The Franco-Haitian Abimaël Bernadoth wins the contest The Voice France 2020
Congratulations to the Franco-Haitian singer Abimaël Bernadoth aka "Abi" from Fonds-des-Nègres who brilliantly won the 9th Edition of the The Voice France 2020 contest on TF1, by interpreting "Ain't got you" by Alicia Keys.

"Abi" from the team of singer Pascal Obispo, won the first place with 53.4% of the votes, thus overtaking Gustine from the team of Lara Fabian, Tom Rochet from the team of Amel Bent and Antoine Delie from the team Marc Lavoine.

He is the second Haitian, after Yama Laurent, in 2018 in Quebec https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24311-haiti-diaspora-a-haitian-becomes-the-new-voice-of-quebec.html to having won this prestigious singing contest, troughout the contest Abimaël Bernadoth charmed his audience with among other interpretations "Lovely" by Billie Eilish and "What a Wonderfull World" by Louis Armstrong.
