Northeast), Aladin Osval was arrested on national road #6, by Border Police Officers as he was heading towards Ouanaminthe. Charged with drug trafficking, he had in his possession a large quantity of marijuana. The individual was handed over to the Northern Drug Trafficking Brigade (BLTS) as well as the narcotics for legal proceedings. Grand’Anse : New community restaurant The Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) announces that it will soon open a new community restaurant in "Tibelon", a communal section of Ravine-à-Charles located in the department of Grand’Anse.
