Haiti - NOTICE : Time change

The Government informs the population in general and agents of the public and private sectors in particular of the provisions of article 2 of the presidential decree of March 7, 2012 on the change of national time:
Article 2:
"As of the date hereof, from two in the morning (2:00 a.m.) on the first Sunday in November, national time will be set back 60 minutes."
NOTE that in order to avoid any setbacks in your daily activities, when it is 2:00 a.m. on Sunday November 1, 2020, you will need to set your clock back 60 minutes. It will thus be 1h00 a.m.
