Zero tolerance operation...
At a press conference on Thursday, Rockefeller Vincent, the Minister of Justice in the face of the insecurity situation said "[...] The overall security situation in the country is worrying. Families are tired of mourning the death of their loved ones [...] I demand that the PNH launch a zero tolerance operation against kidnapping which is decapitalizing all layers of society and harming the peace of peaceful citizens. The PNH must identify the centers and networks of kidnapping [...] in order to put criminals out of harm's way."

PNH : Double arrests
Thursday, November 12, the divisional inspector, Garry Desrosiers spokesperson for the National Police of Haiti presented to the media Arnold Joachin arrested in Ganthier on November 1, member of "400 mawozo" led by Wilson Joseph alias "Lanmò san jou", actively sought by the police and James Sampeur arrested in Delmas 89 on November 7 for his involvement in the assassination of police officer Robert Scutt on July 6, 2018.

Warning from the Minister of Justice
Justice Minister Rockefeller Vincent warns against groups that he says are preparing to commit wrongdoing on November 18. He warns them that they will fall under the law. For Me André Michel of the radical opposition, "The declaration of the Minister of Justice concerning the day of mobilization of November 18 is an unacceptable act of intimidation. We invite the population to mobilize [...]"

Major cleaning in Croix-des-Bouquets
The Communal Commission of Croix-des-Bouquets is currently undertaking a sanitation operation in the Commune and in particular in Bon Repos. Heaps of rubbish dumped on the public highway are removed by the employees of the road service, under the directives of the Communal Commission chaired by Mr. Jean Wesnel Edrouine Pervil. Heavy machinery and trucks from the Town Hall were deployed in several places as part of this operation which consists in cleaning up the Municipality. The Communal Commission intends to fight against insalubrity and therefore requests the collaboration and understanding of the Cruciens, whom it sh asks not to throw rubbish on the public highway and to keep their neighborhoods clean.
