Haiti - FLASH : Operation to dismantle the gang «400 marozo» 28/12/2020 08:31:25
According to divisional inspector Gary Desrosiers, spokesperson for the PNH, 15 members of this gang were arrested, 4 stolen vehicles recovered during the search of the house in which members of the gang lived, a house which was demolished after the search on the orders of the police. With the operation still ongoing, the spokesperson remained silent on details, only stressing that there had been a lot of armed clashes and vowed to tell everything on Monday, December 28. I salute the large and successful police operation which continues in the stronghold of '400 Mawozo'. The armed gangs will have no respite. Formal instructions were given to the PNH to rehabilitate the healthy population in their rights to go about their business in complete safety," declared Prime Minister Joseph Jouthe. For his part, Rockefeller Vincent, the Minister of Justice informed "The PNH is on maximum alert until all the bandits are neutralized and referred.
