Elections : Mathias Pierre follows up with the OAS
Mathias Pierre, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister, in charge of electoral matters and relations with political parties, met the representative of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Haiti to share information on the progress of the electoral process, the draft electoral decree, the identification system and the government provisions to support the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) in the success of the elections.

According to estimates by the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH), there are currently more than 5 kidnappings per day, said the director of the organization, Mary Rosy Auguste Ducéna.
