Jovenel Moïse speaks with CARICOM
"I had fruitful exchanges with the Heads of State and Government of CARICOM. Various subjects were discussed including the electrification of the country, the referendum and the elections. On this occasion, I thank our friends of CARICOM for their indefectible support to Haiti. The Embassy of Haiti in DR condemns
