Remarks by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers

Changes at PNH
The Divisional Commissioner Marc Wilkens Jean is promoted to the post of Central Director of Administration and General Services (DCAGS). His predecessor the Inspector General, Jean Mary Wagnac was transferred to the Office of the Director General of the PNH as Special Advisor. It was Inspector General Jean Lionel Trécil who proceeded with the installation of the new DCASG which took place on Monday, March 1, 2021 in the presence of staff members. The Divisional Commissioner Jacques Joël Orival is the new Head of the Staff Department. He replaces in this function the Divisional Commissioner Frantz Lerebours who was promoted to the post of Chief of Staff to the Director General a.i of the PNH.

Also a few weeks after being installed as Director of Staff of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), the Divisional Commissioner Frantz Lerebours has just been appointed as the new Chief of Staff of Léon Charles, Director General a.i. of the PNH. He replaces Inspector General Frantz Sebastien Jean Charles in this position, who was appointed Secretary of State for Public Security by decree dated Friday, February 12, 2021.
