In order to "revitalize the functioning of the High Command of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), to breathe new life into police activities and strengthen the fight against crime" Léon Charles, Director General ai, of the PNH, a made several significant changes.

List of changes:

Installation of Inspector General Mones Auguste as the new Central Director of the Administrative Police (DCPA) [Auguste was previously Director of the Central Directorate of Road Police (DCPR)]. He replaces Inspector General Marc Justin in this post ;

Installation of Inspector General Joseph Jean-Mary Wagnac as Director of General Intelligence. He replaces Inspector General Carl Henry Boucher in this post, placed in isolation https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-33281-haiti-pnh-several-changes-in-the-chain-of-command.html ;

Installation of Inspector General Marc Justin as Director of the Police Academy. He replaces Bernard Elie in this position ;

Installation of Inspector General Frantz Leurebours as Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Léon Charles.

Installation of Inspector General Jean Marc Wilkens as Director of Administration and General Services

Installation of Divisional Commissioner Max Hilaire as Director of Personnel [post he had previously held]

Installation of the Divisional Commissioner Jean Previl Castro as Director of the Central Directorate of Road Police (DCPR). He replaces Inspector General Mones Auguste in this position.
