Palm Beach : 22 illegal Haitians arrested

Very early on Friday, March 26, a 25-foot vessel was found between the southern end of Palm Beach and the north of the Lake Worth Pier with 22 Haitian nationals on board who were arrested by border patrol officers from the Miami area and federal agents. The Haitian virtual currency is called "BITKòB"

On Friday, officials from the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) presented the prizes to the winners of the naming competition for the Haitian Central Digital Currency. Jimmy Jean and Honor Luders won this competition with the name "BITKòB" and each received a check for 250,000 Gourdes.
