Phantom 509 : Abelson Gros Nègre at the National Penitentiary

Following the arrest on Saturday of the dismissed former police officer and former spokesperson for the PNH union, Abelson Gros Nègre who was the subject of a wanted notice https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-33345-icihaiti-justice-arrest-of-two-members-of-fantome-509.html , Me Bed Ford Claude, the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince, ordered his imprisonment at the National Penitentiary. Abelson Gros Nègre is accused, among other things : of assassination, attempted assassination, arson and destruction of public and private property.

Constitution : Words of Moïse and Lambert

As part of the 34th anniversary of the 1987 Constitution (Monday March 29), President Jovenel Moïse and Senator Joseph Lambert, President of the Senate declared :
