US Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas went to the Little Haiti Cultural Center in Miami (FL) to discuss with leaders of the Haitian-American community on the issues faced by the Haitian nationals in the United States and the work done by the Biden-Harris administration to support them. Haitian-Americans have made enormous contributions to their communities and to our country, said Secretary Mayorkas, who said he was proud to have been able to spend time with members of the community as part of Haitian Heritage Month.
